Jessica Gross, Associate AIA, WELL AP

A Roger Williams graduate, magna cum laude, Jessica joined Montroy, first as an intern in 2016, and again as a Designer in 2017. An early involvement in the AIA/AIAS national organization has elevated Jessica’s contagious enthusiasm for design and leadership in the professional workplace, making her zest for the architectural industry evident to all who work with her. With a joyful persona and interest in solving spatial complexities, Jessica finds inspiration in the ways that a variety of elements can be combined to create, define, and enhance space. Jess has a passion for travel, for new experiences and for exposure to different places and cultures. She has studied abroad in Florence, Italy, using the time to broaden her view of architecture and how it is perceived around the world.
