At street level a new glass storefront and canopy system improves the street front appearance with two renovated building lobbies and new building amenity center. New interior finishes will extend to all passenger elevator cabs and each floor will receive new restroom finishes and fixtures.
A new roof top amenity has been designed with a green roof terrace.
