The design and construction of the space were tailored to meet the needs of a professional services firm, incorporating the building’s standard finishes along with custom upgrades to suit the tenant’s requirements.

The layout features a mix of high ceilings in areas with high occupant density, such as workstations and the pantry/lounge, while more intimate spaces like offices and meeting rooms have dropped ceilings. The overall aesthetic is modern and minimal, with contrasting textures, warm wood tones in the millwork, dark glass frames, and sleek flooring.
