Sumitomo Electric, a global leader in wire and cable manufacturing, sought an upgraded, minimalist headquarters with high ceilings and LED lighting. MONTROY designed the space with white architectural elements, light finishes, and LED pendants to create a clean, inviting atmosphere. Half the workstations are along Fifth Avenue for natural light and views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The layout includes four conference rooms, two executive offices, a 220 SF pantry, ADA bathroom, IT room, and service areas for added privacy. Mobile furniture in the largest conference rooms allows flexibility for training and presentations.
