160 Fifth Avenue

At 160 Fifth Avenue, MONTROY was the architect of record for a complete gut renovation.  An 1890s building in the Ladies’ Mile Historic District, the 100,000-square-foot, nine-story structure has been transformed into a Class-A office space with additional retail frontage. The new lay-out includes: a relocated building entrance with added retail frontage on Fifth Avenue, a new lobby, new elevators, and added multi-level retail space on the basement and second floors.  The building also underwent an extensive restoration to the façade’s signature stone pillars and double-hung mahogany windows.
