At 225 Rector Place in Battery Park City, working with top design firm Clodagh Design, MONTROY was the executive architect for the conversion of over a third of the building’s rental units into luxury condos. Part of the transformation to condominiums include upgrades to the building’s facilities and elevators, including a refurbished lobby, lounge, roof sundeck and a revitalized two-story gym and pool area.
