30 Broad Street is a 48-story building in Manhattan’s Financial District. It is owned and operated by Tribeca Investment Group who retained MONTROY to serve as the building architect for a full building renovation to modernize this high rise office building. The project scope consisted of a new full block lobby with integrated coffee shop, new building entry, façade modifications and building amenity suite.

The building infrastructure was part of the renovation which included upgraded elevators, and building wide MEPS improvements. The Montroy team prepared an interior construction overhaul on a floor by floor basis consisting of prebuilts, new building standards and build to suit installations for new tenants.


We remain active in the building providing leasing support and renovating floors as they become available. All work throughout the building has been completed on budget and on schedule.
