Based in New York City, Legends Hospitality Group a/k/a SCP Worldwide is a growing sports, entertainment and media enterprise. Working in close collaboration with JRM Construction, MONTROY, undertook this project as a design-build endeavor. We successfully shortened project construction time and effectively controlled and managed project costs. What should have been a 12 week construction project was shortened to a mere 5 weeks. The design-build approach also shaved 10 weeks from the initial concept to client move-in compared to the typical project life-span. The design embraces the look and feel of a luxury sports and entertainment stadium suite. The open reception area creates the hospitality feel while private offices line the perimeter of the space.
