This penthouse apartment, completely rebuilt from the top down, features a design that incorporates only six natural materials: stone, glass, wood, steel, tile, and water. The interior includes luxurious Italian porcelain floors and custom, hand-applied plaster walls with humidification, as well as radiant in-floor and in-wall heating throughout. The state-of-the-art eat-in kitchen is equipped with electrically operated upper cabinets and stainless-steel base cabinets by Eggersmann, a renowned German high-end manufacturer, offering both style and functionality.

We redesigned the top floor, creating a luxurious penthouse with an expansive rooftop. The new roof includes a multilevel deck with a pool, entertainment area, fireplace, wet bar, and an enclosed lounge with wraparound views.

Accessed through a private keyed elevator, this penthouse opens into an elegant entrance gallery, featuring expansive art walls and sophisticated lighting that sets the tone for the residence. The design emphasizes the thoughtful integration of space, light, and views, creating a harmonious living environment. The master bedroom is a serene retreat, bathed in natural light with sweeping sunset views through oversized floor-to-ceiling windows.
